The home of CrossFit in East Perth

CrossFit Gym East Perth

Experienced coaching, real accountability, and a community that has your back — helping busy adults build strength, stay on track, and feel like themselves again without choosing between fitness and everything else.

About our CrossFit Gym

Spark CrossFit has been part of the East Perth fitness community since 2026. Whether you’re brand new or getting back on track, you’ll be welcomed, coached, and supported from day one. No ego, no judgement — just honest coaching and a crew that wants to see you succeed.

A Busy Life Shouldn’t Mean Putting Your Fitness on Hold

Between work, family commitments, and weekends that disappear in a flash, it’s easy to let your fitness slip — and before you know it, you’re wondering how to get back to feeling strong, confident, and like yourself again without losing even more time with the people who matter. You don’t need a plan, a base level of fitness, or hours to spare — just one hour and the willingness to show up.

Coaching You Can Trust, Support You Can Feel

I don’t just count reps.  I learn your name, understand your goals, and adjust every session so you’re always moving forward safely. That’s the difference between a gym and a coaching programme.

PROGRAMS AT Spark CrossFit

However you start, you won’t be doing it alone. Every program comes with coaching, structure, and a community that keeps you showing up — even when life gets busy.

CrossFit classes

Coach-led group training that builds real strength, fitness, and skill. Every workout is scaled to your ability, so whether it’s your first week or your fifth year, you’ll get exactly the right challenge.

Weight Lifting

Coached sessions that build technique, strength, and confidence under the barbell. Every lift is broken down and scaled to your level, so whether you’re brand new or chasing a PB, you’ll progress safely and consistently.

Gymnastics

Build the body control, strength, and skills that make everything else in the gym feel easier. From pull-ups to handstands, your coach breaks each movement down step by step so you progress at your own pace.

CrossFit Class
schedule

We run classes 6 days a week, from 5:00am to 7:00pm, so there’s almost always a session that fits your day. Early mornings, lunchtime, and after work — pick what works and we’ll see you there.

East Perth CrossFit gym FAQs

Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all. Most of our members weren’t “gym people” when they walked in. Every workout is scaled to your current ability, so you start where you are and build from there. Your coaches are with you every step of the way.

What if I'm nervous or intimidated?

That’s completely normal — almost everyone feels that way before their first visit. You’ll be welcomed by name, coached with patience, and surrounded by members who remember exactly what that first day felt like. No ego, no pressure to keep up.

What does a typical class look like?

Classes are one hour. You’ll start with a warm-up, move into a strength or skill portion, then finish with a workout of the day. Your coach walks you through everything, adjusts movements to suit your level, and makes sure your form is solid before you add intensity.

What if I have injuries or physical limitations?

We work with people managing injuries, joint issues, and mobility limitations every day. Your coach will modify movements so you can train confidently and keep making progress without making anything worse.

How often should I train?

Most members start with 3 days a week and find a rhythm that works for their life. Consistency matters more than frequency — we’ll help you choose a schedule you can actually stick to.

Do you offer personal training and coaching?

Yes, our workouts are personalised to YOUR level and your capacity on the day while still allowing you to enjoy the benefits of a small group class. Our coaches are knowledgeable and can help you tailor your diet to your situation.

How much does CrossFit cost in East Perth?

We have several membership options depending on how often you want to train and what level of coaching you’re looking for. The best way to find out what’s right for you is to book a free intro — we’ll walk you through everything with zero pressure.

Where is Spark CrossFit located?

We’re at Spark CrossFit
182 Wittenoom St,
East Perth WA,
6004
, located near Royal Perth Hospital, NIB Stadium, Claisebrook station. There’s easy parking and we’re accessible. Come in and check it out — your first visit is always free.

Can I bring my dog?

For health and safety reasons, we maintain a pet-free environment. Service animals, of course, are always welcome.

Can I bring my kid(s)?

For safety reasons, children are not permitted on the gym floor; however, they are welcome to wait in our designated lounge area while you train. Out of respect for your fellow athletes, please be mindful of noise. If your little one becomes needy or loud, please prioritize their needs by temporarily stepping out of the class until they are settled. This ensures everyone gets the workout they paid for.

Where can I park?

There is a dedicated carpark just past the gym entrance, through the white gate. If that is full, street parking is also available: refer to the below image.

How to get to the gym?

  • Take the train to McIver station and walk for 4-minutes towards East Perth.
  • Take the free yellow cat bus to stops #56 or #69; it’s a short 5-minute walk towards East Perth.
